Main Tasks/ Responsibilities / Authorities:
*Focus on safety, environment and quality, he/she can stop the activities due to safety, enviromental care reason.
*Plan, organize and execute the VnV and RV test, analyze the tesing data and make the report for the complete machine and component
*Evaluate the designs and make recommendations to project engineers based on the test results.
*Coach and train the work shop mechanics to improve test capability and efficiency in daily test engineering practices.
*Continually improve the V&V method and operations quality, efficiency and cost by implementing the tool of VPS, QDCF, CI and 5S etc.
*Secure Volvo Group’s Quality, Safety & Health, Environmental Policy and code of condact are implemented

Key Skills:
*Good knowledge of construction equipment machine application
*Good knowledge of E&E, eMob, Autonomous, Remote Control and Big Data etc
*Strong knowledge and skill for Verification and Validation, Reliability Verification, function test, durability test, reliability growth test mainly for complete machine etc.
*Gook knowledge and skill the data acquisition system and sensor
*Good knowledge and skill of the machine test method.
*Gook knowledge and skill of problem solving
*Good knowledge and skill about project management
*Good English writing and oral skill
Required knowledge & experience:
1. Education/Professional Qualifications required for the position:
*MS within Mechanical, E&E and/or Automation Engineering area or similar.
2. Additional Important Requirements:
*Open mind, Team work working spirit,
* Good communication skills,
*Some travelling may be required.
